Rev. Vickie T. Bossuot is the chaplain at Riverside Presbyterian House and Apartments and a member of the Presbytery of St. Augustine. She is a graduate of Columbia Theological Seminary and Grove City College. Vickie also serves on the PTA Board at Pine Forest School of the Arts and the School Advisory Council and as a liaison for St. Augustine Presbytery's New Church Development. She enjoys singing in her church choir, helping with her church children's choir, reading, and rooting for the Ohio State Buckeyes. Vickie supports Pastoral Counseling Services because she believes in ministering to the "whole person."
Antoinette Jackson is a native of Jacksonville, Florida, she is a member of The National Association of Realtors. Through the years she has served on many local-town-school committees taking great pride serving on the Leadership Committee for NEFAR and has hosted many community events to aide in the growth of the city. She is a Versatile, results-oriented REALTOR. Demonstrated customer service excellence, business acumen, and strategic planning ability. Possess a collaborative approach in leadership with the aptitude to foster a team-oriented environment while imparting knowledge to others on how to increase productivity. Utilize diverse property sales tactics, including qualification, persuasion, strategy, proposal, and closing. Armed with solid communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain rapport with clients and staff.
Steve designed his first brochure for a major U.S. Senate campaign at age 14. He graduated from Northwestern University’s school of journalism, and his background includes TV and newspaper reporting, political campaign staff work, and telemarketing for Merrill Lynch.
He served on active-duty five years as a Navy surface warfare and public affairs officer, winning five Navy-wide awards for his public relations accomplishments.
On April 1, 1992, Steve started his public relations practice, and clients now span the spectrum of the manufacturing, non-profit, and service industries. Within a few years, SJK•PR was ranked in Jacksonville’s Top 20 PR and marketing firms by the Jacksonville Business Journal.
Steve serves as a professional guest speaker at the University of North Florida’s Small Business Development Center and the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce Small Business Center, offering advice on small business startups and public relations strategies.
Mark Patrick is a partner in Patrick and Robinson, CPA's in Jacksonville, founded in 1982, supporting a diverse client base of businesses, individuals and not for profit organizations. He completed the requirements as a Florida CPA in 1976 after previously earning his MS degree in Business Administration while serving for three years in the Army. Mark was first active in the United Methodist church, serving as a Sunday School teacher, on the local Finance Committee and terms as chairman of Council on Ministries and of the church board, and further participating on state denominational committees. Since 1988, he has been an active member of University Boulevard Church of the Nazarene. He has served on the church board and on Finance, Education, Worship, and Parish Life committees. He has been the North Florida District Treasurer since 1991. Over the past decade, he has added duties as treasurer of the District Nazarene Youth International, Sunday School & Discipleship Ministries Boards, and Nazarene Missions International Council. He serves as a member of two denominational committees. He is the treasurer of his neighborhood association and is a director of Jacksonville Chapter of Florida Institute of CPA's. He has consulted with churches of numerous denominations, including Jewish and Islam, on finance, business and organizational issues. He has taught numerous seminars on business and tax matters through the UNF Small business Development Center and Small Business Resource Network, personal finances based on biblical and faith based principals, and non-profit accounting and tax reporting through trade organizations and the Non Profit Center.
Mark has taught various Sunday School classes over the last twenty years from ages 2 through adult, usually with his wife, Elaine. They have two grown children and two grandsons. Mark has served as Chairman of the Pastoral Counseling Services board since 2008.
Stefanie Raines is a native of Alabama but has lived in Jacksonville, Florida, since 1990. She has a MS in Counseling Psychology from Troy University. She has been involved with Religious Education at both Immaculate Conception and Holy Spirit Catholic Churches and spent 7 years as a Pregnancy Resource Counselor.
Stefanie has been involved in numerous civic organizations including Boy Scouts of America, Fraternus and American Heritage Girls. She spent 3 years as Board President of a local umbrella school for home school families.
Stefanie enjoys traveling when not spending time with her husband, Tim, of 23 years and their 3 children.
Beth Touchton is a native of Jacksonville, Florida where she attended local schools and graduated from Jacksonville University with a BS in Music Business. She has spent 30 years in the mortgage banking industry where she focuses on risk management and quality. She has been an active member of Riverside Presbyterian for over 20 years, where she teaches Sunday School and is a member of the hand bell choir. She has also served as an elder, chairing the Global Outreach Committee, and a youth leader.
Beth has volunteered with and supported numerous organizations throughout Jacksonville; most recent serving with the Donovin Darius Foundation as Executive Director of (2015) and Life Camp Assistant Director (2016). She has also spent a number of years supporting PACE Center for Girls and the Leukemia and Lymphomas Society. In 2015, she earned a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from the University of North Florida.
Beth enjoys cheering for the Jacksonville Jaguars, Florida Gators and JU Dolphins. She has been married for 33 years to her husband, Reggie.
